02/01/2006 - Egypt - Exploring

First time trip to Egypt to have a look around, and explore a bit. I started a project on the City of Dead. Situated on the outskirts of Cairo the City of Dead is a 7km cemetery referred to by Egyptians simply as "Qafara". Initially a burial ground for the dead of Arabian conquests, the tombs of the City od Dead are now occupied by refugees from Cairo's chronic housing shortages.
