12/10/2007 - Zambia

I'm currently in Zambia shooting some stories for a project called Local Voices, which will give a voice to people living with acute food shortages allowing them to explain their situations personally through transcripted interviews and photography. Some of the people I've met and worked with are HIV +ve, and are lucky enough to have access to ARV Therapy, however, the shortage of food and resultant low calorific intake means that the ARV is almost ineffective.
